이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 주식회사 포터엑스(PorterX Co., Ltd., 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 P2P(여행자) 미션 수행 플랫폼 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용조건 및 절차, 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

1. "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 P2P(여행자) 미션 수행 플랫폼을 의미합니다.
2. "회원"이란 본 약관에 동의하고 회사와 서비스 이용계약을 체결한 자를 의미합니다.
3. "Handler(핸들러)"란 서비스를 요청하는 회원을 의미합니다.
4. "Porter(포터)"란 서비스를 수행하는 회원을 의미합니다.
5. "Mission(미션)"이란 Handler와 Porter 간의 개별 거래 단위를 의미합니다.
6. "게이미피케이션"이란 서비스 이용에 게임 요소를 도입한 시스템을 의미합니다.
7. "티어"란 Porter의 등급 시스템을 의미합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지사항을 통해 공지합니다. 회원이 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:

• Handler와 Porter 간의 매칭 플랫폼
• 안전한 결제 에스크로 시스템
• 회원 간 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼
• 게이미피케이션 기반 보상 시스템
• 평가 및 리뷰 시스템

제5조 (회원가입)

1. 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 자는 회사가 정한 가입 양식에 따라 회원정보를 기입하고 본 약관에 동의함으로써 회원가입을 신청합니다.

2. 회원가입은 만 18세 이상의 개인만 가능합니다.

제6조 (플랫폼의 역할)

회사는 Handler와 Porter 간의 거래를 중개하는 플랫폼으로서, 실제 거래의 당사자가 아닙니다. Handler와 Porter는 각자의 판단으로 상대방을 선택하며, 미션 수행 과정에서 발생하는 모든 문제에 대한 책임은 거래 당사자인 Handler와 Porter에게 있습니다.

제7조 (회원의 의무)

회원은 다음 사항을 준수해야 합니다:

• 법령 및 본 약관의 규정 준수
• 타인의 권리나 명예를 손상시키지 않을 것
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하지 않을 것
• 불법 물품의 거래 요청 또는 수행 금지
• 정확한 정보 제공 및 유지

제8조 (결제 및 수수료)

1. 모든 거래는 회사가 제공하는 안전한 제3자 결제 서비스를 통해 이루어집니다.

2. 플랫폼 이용에 따른 수수료가 부과되며, 자세한 내용은 서비스 내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

3. 결제된 금액은 거래 완료 시까지 에스크로로 안전하게 보관됩니다.

제9조 (취소 및 환불)

1. 미션 매칭 전: 전액 환불 가능

2. 미션 수행 시작 후: 서비스 정책에 따라 부분 환불 가능

3. 미션 완료 후: 원칙적으로 환불 불가

4. 자세한 환불 정책은 서비스 내 안내를 참조하시기 바랍니다.

제10조 (게이미피케이션 시스템)

1. 회사는 서비스 활성화를 위해 포인트, 티어, 뱃지 등의 게이미피케이션 요소를 운영합니다.

2. 게이미피케이션 보상은 회사 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

3. 부정한 방법으로 획득한 보상은 회수될 수 있습니다.

제11조 (개인정보보호)

회사는 회원의 개인정보를 개인정보처리방침에 따라 안전하게 보호합니다.

제12조 (면책조항)

1. 회사는 천재지변, 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

2. 회사는 회원 간 거래로 인해 발생한 분쟁에 대해 중재할 수 있으나, 거래 자체에 대한 책임은 지지 않습니다.

3. 회사는 회원이 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보의 정확성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.

제13조 (분쟁해결)

1. 회사와 회원 간 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 양 당사자는 성실히 협의하여 해결하도록 노력합니다.

2. 협의로 해결되지 않는 경우, 대한민국 법령에 따라 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

제14조 (준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service define the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PorterX Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and members regarding the P2P (traveler) mission execution platform service (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. "Service" means the P2P (traveler) mission execution platform provided by the Company.
2. "Member" means a person who agrees to these terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company.
3. "Handler" means a member who requests services.
4. "Porter" means a member who performs services.
5. "Mission" means an individual transaction unit between Handler and Porter.
6. "Gamification" means a system that introduces game elements to service usage.
7. "Tier" means the Porter's ranking system.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these terms when necessary, and amended terms will be announced through service notices. If members do not agree to the amended terms, they may discontinue using the service and withdraw.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

The Company provides the following services:

• Matching platform between Handlers and Porters
• Secure payment escrow system
• Member communication platform
• Gamification-based reward system
• Rating and review system

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

1. Those who wish to use the service apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and agreeing to these terms.

2. Membership registration is only available to individuals aged 18 and above.

Article 6 (Role of the Platform)

The Company acts as a platform that mediates transactions between Handlers and Porters and is not a party to the actual transaction. Handlers and Porters select each other based on their own judgment, and all responsibility for issues arising during mission execution lies with the Handler and Porter who are parties to the transaction.

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

Members must comply with the following:

• Compliance with laws and these terms
• Not infringing on others' rights or reputation
• Not interfering with stable service operation
• Prohibition of requesting or performing illegal goods transactions
• Providing and maintaining accurate information

Article 8 (Payment and Fees)

1. All transactions are made through secure third-party payment services provided by the Company.

2. Platform usage fees apply, and details can be found within the service.

3. Paid amounts are safely held in escrow until transaction completion.

Article 9 (Cancellation and Refund)

1. Before mission matching: Full refund available

2. After mission execution begins: Partial refund available according to service policy

3. After mission completion: No refund in principle

4. Please refer to the service guidelines for detailed refund policies.

Article 10 (Gamification System)

1. The Company operates gamification elements such as points, tiers, and badges to activate the service.

2. Gamification rewards may change according to Company policy.

3. Rewards obtained through fraudulent methods may be recovered.

Article 11 (Privacy Protection)

The Company safely protects members' personal information according to the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure or uncontrollable circumstances.

2. The Company may mediate disputes arising from transactions between members but is not responsible for the transactions themselves.

3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information obtained by members through the service.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

1. In case of disputes between the Company and members, both parties shall make efforts to resolve them through sincere consultation.

2. If not resolved through consultation, it shall be resolved in the competent court according to the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 14 (Governing Law)

These terms are governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Korea.

第1条（目的）

本規約は、PorterX Co., Ltd.（以下「当社」）が提供するP2P（旅行者）ミッション実行プラットフォームサービス（以下「サービス」）の利用条件および手続き、当社と会員間の権利、義務および責任事項を定めることを目的とします。

第2条（用語の定義）

1. 「サービス」とは、当社が提供するP2P（旅行者）ミッション実行プラットフォームを意味します。
2. 「会員」とは、本規約に同意し、当社とサービス利用契約を締結した者を意味します。
3. 「ハンドラー」とは、サービスを依頼する会員を意味します。
4. 「ポーター」とは、サービスを実行する会員を意味します。
5. 「ミッション」とは、ハンドラーとポーター間の個別取引単位を意味します。
6. 「ゲーミフィケーション」とは、サービス利用にゲーム要素を導入したシステムを意味します。
7. 「ティア」とは、ポーターのランキングシステムを意味します。

第3条（規約の効力および変更）

当社は必要に応じて規約を変更することができ、変更された規約はサービス内のお知らせを通じて公示します。会員が変更された規約に同意しない場合、サービスの利用を中止し退会することができます。

第4条（サービスの提供）

当社は以下のサービスを提供します：

• ハンドラーとポーター間のマッチングプラットフォーム
• 安全な決済エスクローシステム
• 会員間コミュニケーションプラットフォーム
• ゲーミフィケーション基盤の報酬システム
• 評価およびレビューシステム

第5条（会員登録）

1. サービスを利用しようとする者は、当社が定めた加入様式に従って会員情報を記入し、本規約に同意することで会員登録を申請します。

2. 会員登録は満十八歳以上の個人のみ可能です。

第6条（プラットフォームの役割）

当社はハンドラーとポーター間の取引を仲介するプラットフォームであり、実際の取引の当事者ではありません。ハンドラーとポーターはそれぞれの判断で相手を選択し、ミッション実行中に発生するすべての問題に対する責任は取引当事者であるハンドラーとポーターにあります。

第7条（会員の義務）

会員は以下の事項を遵守しなければなりません：

• 法令および本規約の規定遵守
• 他人の権利や名誉を損なわないこと
• サービスの安定的な運営を妨げないこと
• 違法物品の取引依頼または実行の禁止
• 正確な情報の提供および維持

第8条（決済および手数料）

1. すべての取引は当社が提供する安全な第三者決済サービスを通じて行われます。

2. プラットフォーム利用手数料が適用され、詳細はサービス内で確認できます。

3. 決済された金額は取引完了まで安全にエスクローで保管されます。

第9条（キャンセルおよび払い戻し）

1. ミッションマッチング前：全額払い戻し可能

2. ミッション実行開始後：サービスポリシーに基づき部分払い戻し可能

3. ミッション完了後：原則払い戻し不可

4. 詳細な払い戻しポリシーはサービス内のガイドラインを参照してください。

第10条（ゲーミフィケーションシステム）

1. 当社はサービス活性化のためにポイント、ティア、バッジなどのゲーミフィケーション要素を運営します。

2. ゲーミフィケーション報酬は当社のポリシーに応じて変更される場合があります。

3. 不正な方法で獲得した報酬は回収される場合があります。

第11条（個人情報保護）

当社は会員の個人情報を個人情報処理方針に従って安全に保護します。

第12条（免責事項）

1. 当社は天災地変、不可抗力的事由によるサービス中断について責任を負いません。

2. 当社は会員間の取引により発生した紛争を仲裁することができますが、取引自体に対する責任は負いません。

3. 当社は会員がサービスを通じて得た情報の正確性を保証しません。

第13条（紛争解決）

1. 当社と会員間に紛争が発生した場合、両当事者は誠実に協議して解決するよう努力します。

2. 協議で解決されない場合、大韓民国の法令に従って管轄裁判所で解決します。

第14条（準拠法）

本規約は大韓民国の法令に従って規律され解釈されます。
